Orders placed on Hotelity can be delivered in mainland France.

Unfortunately, your orders cannot be delivered to the French Overseas Territories/Corsica.

For payments by Bank Card: your order is processed the same day wherever possible or the first following working day.

When your order is prepared and shipped, it is delivered by our tracked carrier in France Metro, a period of 2 to 10 days may elapse between your ordering and the arrival of your package.

To ensure the correct delivery of your package, it will be delivered against signature, otherwise the package may be held in your relay office closest to your home under delivery notice.

Packaging and transport costs are calculated and integrated into the price of the product, this system makes it possible to significantly reduce the cost of transport and handling for our customers.
